At the moment, the best way to order is contact us directly and let us know what you'd like. We can then arrange delivery and payment. We usually use Royal Mail for delivery but can deliver ourselves too. Delivery charges may apply and will depend on the weight. For payment, we can accept Paypal, card payments, cheques and BACS transfers.

All orders will be despatched within one week of the order being made. Sugar Croft Faerie must receive payment for the goods you order, and any delivery charges before your order can be despatched, unless otherwise agreed. All transactions conducted in Pounds Sterling and we can accept Paypal, card payments, cheques and BACS transfers.

Cancellations and amendments to orders must be made prior to despatch. Sugar Croft Faerie will replace any damaged or defective goods within 30 days of notification.  Sugar Croft Faerie must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of goods regarding any complaints. Sugar Croft Faerie cannot be held responsible for goods not delivered due to incomplete or incorrect delivery details or the recipients unable to take delivery.

As a guide, parcels under 1kg may cost an additional £4.00 for postage and packaging while parcels that are up to 2kg may £6.00. 

We promise to respect your privacy. Please be assured that we will never pass on your details to third party organisations and that your personal details are held securely and in strict confidence.

All our products are suitable for vegetarians (except for our marshmallows and any product containing cola bottles or mini chocolate beans).  I make vegan fudge, vegan truffles and vegan caramels - these are clearly labelled as vegan. Fondants and Hazelnut Dragees are also suitable for vegans.

Our products are made in a kitchen where nuts, sesame, gluten and dairy are all also handled. The same equipment is used for all our products. Please note the following details and feel free to contact us if you require further information.

Nuts: Where a product contains nuts, the name of the product usually includes the particular nut. In addition to this, when our marshmallows are made, groundnut oil is used to help handle them.

Sesame: Our Sesame-Ginger Truffles contain tahini and sesame seeds.

Gluten: None of our products knowingly contain gluten. We use high-quality ground spices made from 100% spice.

Dairy: Our dark chocolate may contain traces of milk.

Eggs: Only our Coconut Joys contain eggs which are used to make marshmallow crème. Our marshmallow crème is bought in and not made on site.

Soy: All our chocolate contains an emulsifier made from soy leicthan.
